Daughter's new hair cut

Last Saturday I went to get myself a haircut. Actually my intention was just to trim and 'modified' my hair..previously was cut by mummy...hehehe. Took my maid along as she said she would want to get a haircut too. While the amoi was 'kerjakan' my hair, daughter looked sadly from behind. So I asked her whether she too want a haircut..and I just I couldn't believe it when she said 'yes'...bukan apa dia tu susah skit bab-bab nak potong rambut ni. Very cannot sit still....so I told the hairdresser that after finished with me and maid then potonglah rambut si kecik. Her hair was already short. So I asked the hairdresser to just trim and endekkan lagi. Senangkan lepas ni. Baik pulak si kecik tu bile potong...diam jek...cutenyer anak aku tu. Bila dah potong muka..hem lagilah cam papa dia dan sangat naughty nampaknya. Takpalah yang penting senang nak jaga kan....

Sedang menyusun makanan

Post kali ni memanglah akan dipenuhi pasal cerita-cerita raya. Maklumlah we are still in the month of Syawal. So rayalah jawabnya. Last Wednesday, our dept has conducted a raya gathering comprising us minus orang2 tingkat 4. The raya gathering ni half pot-luck. Being not a good cook myself, I decided to share with my friends to bring brownies bought at Secret Recipe. So biasalah cerita-cerita raya sama je...I let u look at the pictures instead...

2 movies

Last weekend I've watched two most wonderful movies that I have ever watch in years. The first would be Ayat-Ayat Cinta that was shown on TV3 last Friday night. First I thought it was just a typical Indonesian film which I dont really like but I do not know what made me watch the movie at the first place..maybe because a good friend of mine MsBandung has once told me that the movie was good and she even played the Ayat2 Cinta song on her blog. I love that song...so that night I tot what the heck..better try to watch as if it is no good that I can changed to other channel. So dari mula sampai habis I was glued to the tv. Best bangat!!!! I think it was the most romantic, heart wrenching love story. Nak cerita lanjut tak best coz u better watch yourself but what I can tell u is the sacrifice of a wife which at the end really pays off...bak kata orang kalau jodoh tu telah ditetapkan oleh Tuhan walau apa pun akhirnya itulah jodoh kita..only one..best...Fahri (the hero in the movie) was cute in a good way...hem...cinta hanya pada si dia...wah..terlebih sudahh...Syida..u are definitely right...aku sukah...

The second movie ditonton di cinema. Ni kelakar sangat sebab macam mana tertengok cerita ni. Oklah on Saturday tu Hubby ada kelas. We were supposed to go to his and my friends' open house. However memandangkan hubby got class and some unfinished assignment, terpaksa dibatalkan je. SO I asked him bila nak pi tengok wayang..dating berdua...he told me malam ni boleh provided I helped him with his assignment. So sebab dah lama tak pi tengok wayang dan rasa teringin sangat nak tengok so being a very nice wife, I willingly did 3/4 of his assignment. Balik dari kelas around 7 pm hubby asked me to get ready. Pi tengok wayanglah. He asked me nak tengok cerita apa...sebenarnya seriously I tak tau coz nothing on my mind..tetiba I remembered MsPink told me on Friday that cerita MamaMia best giler. So while hubby went to park...i straight went to the ticket counter bought 2 tickets for Mamamia, which I didnt know what the movie was all about. Posters pun tarak. So taktau sapa pelakon dan taktau cerita ni pasal apa langsung. Told hubby kalau cerita ni tak best jangan marah. Masa start tu dah agak best...muzikal drama..lagu2 ABBA which i really enjoyed siap nyanyi sambil tengok. Hubby pun suka. Relax and very entertaining..definitely the best movie in 2008 so far...Next mission is to go and but the dvd of Ayat-Ayat Cinta dan Mamamia...Mamamia here I go again my my how can i resist u...lalalala....

Itu yang best...yang tak bestnyer since raya I have been receiving this silent treatment from somebody dear to me. I do not know if I have done any wrong to this person. Rasa macam takda...but entahlah..all these years I have trying my best to please this person even though last time dia taklah begitu baik with me. This person has once hurt me so deeply but I have forgotten everything about it thinking whatever it is..this person is so dear to me...now this person is doing it again....sometimes dah fed up. Never have I asked anything from this person..except a little bit of care....and tender. And this person should know regardless what I am so proud of this person and never once occurred in my mind otherwise. If the other is reading this please tell this particular person that I really love both of you and all Im asking is a little forgiveness for the mistake that yang tak diperasankan and what I am doing now is only what I am suppose to do, to fulfill my responsibility. Tak tahu berapa lama kita akan hidup...please dont let us be like history...please...forgive me....

Hari Raya @ JPM

JPM has organised a Hari Raya celebration this week for all the Departments under the JPM. Nevertheless we have to pay for it according to our greds in the service. So bila dah kena bayar I told my friends that by hook or by crook, we have to go. Lagipun I heard that banyak makanan and it would be a huge one. Hubby told me ramai sangat orang dan selalunya mesti hujan. Tak kisahla janji dapat menmanfaatkan the money we paid. The four of us dengan berusaha gigihnya pegilah tengahari itu. Inilah sisa-sisa kami yang dah habis bercuti. MrsMothercare dan MrsBeautiful cuti lagi. Tak dapatlah nak merasai kemeriahannya. Before noon kami dah bertolak from the office. Sampai sana memang banyak sangat gerai dan food. Gerai2 pun dihiaskan dengan begitu cantik. Macam bestlah. Then I saw my fav stall..sate!!!! So I told my friends yang we have to line up here dengan segera sebab kang bila dah bole makan at least kita dah samaai kat gerai. Oh btw we were not allowed to eat until PM came. So we had to wait for like 1 hour before eating. Dah abis round seluruh tempat we finally stationed kat sate stall tu. So bila habis bacaan doa tah dari mana orang terus berpusu-pusu terjah gerai sate tu. Aduss I yang dah kat depan terus tertolak kat belakang. Nasib baiklah ada ibu mengandung yang sudi ambikkan sate dengan banyaknya. Thank u ibu....after finally dapat the sate, the three of us duduk well berdiri at one corner and ate our sate, lemang dengan rendang dan murtabak. Sate banyak dapat ditambah plak dengan sate yang diberikan oleh ibu mengandung. Hehehe...lepas kenyang we decided to go round the whole stalls...tapi huhuhu sedihnya semua makanan dah abis. Hampeh betul. Rupanya while we were savouring our satays semua makanan dah abis. Kempunan MrsJohoe nak makan nasi dagang. Ciss..kalau ku tahu dari awal we all dah pegi ambik makanan lain tadi.

Hubby plak when I told him about no being able to eat some of the food, dia cakap biasalah tu, every year macam tu. Usually dia pegi kejap to his dept's stall then pegi makan cafe. Before he didnt tell me this except cakap kena beratur. He never told me that the food will be gone in minutes je. Sabar jelah. So we have vowed that next year if we are still herelah...rasa macam ada lagi je....that kita akan lebih bijak dalam menyusun atur strategi..huahuahua....

Chitralada

Chitralada is a new restaurant situated kat my fav shopping mall..GE..It is a specialist in Thai food. Biasalah ala-ala Chakri Place kat KLCC tu. The atmosphere is good and the food so so lah. Biasalah..and the price boleh tahan jugaklah. Rasanya kalau makan kat gerai-gerai tomyam tu lebih berbaloi kot. Murah dan lebih sedap. But if u choose a classy surrounding that's the place to go.

Hubby and I plus the little tweetie singgah that place after coming back from hubby's hometown. Hubby has been eyeing that place for quite sometime. Dia cakap ada kedai siam baru. He is just so addicted with the kedai-kedai makanan siam ni. Even his favourite dish pun ala-ala makanan siam. Muka pun kadang-kadang tengok dah macam siam plak. Hemm sabar jelah. Anyway masa pi tu dapatlah duk kat tepi tingkap so dapatlah tengok permandangan di waktu malam. Best gak. Kalau katalah nak pi lagi...kalau terpaksa je kot...kalau tak cam malas...Apa-apa pun tengoklah gambar2 ni.

Raya lagi!!!

Huhu...saja je nak mengupdate pasal raya lagi. Last post sangat malas nak update coz kena pikir keje banyak that day. But today ok skitlah. Oklah meh cerita detail skit hari raya hari hari tuh. Balik ganu hari isnin. Masa tu puasa lagi. So takdelah apa-apa aktiviti. The next day tu tengahari ikut hubby join abang dan anak2 buah main boling kat a new boling arena situated kat stadium sana. Banyak betul lane dia. Dan ada tempat duduk selesa untuk orang2 yang tak main boling lepak2..like me..hari tu macam penat sangat so malas nak main lagipun kang dapat score cam 60 je malulah plak kat bebudak kecik kan..hehehe...so I just sat on one of the sofas and melayan perasaan sambil menikmati suasana aircond yang sejuk dan nyaman tu. While hubby bermain dengan jayanya dan my little tweetie bermain dengan jayanya juga with her cousin. Lari sana lari sini sampai she became extremely tired but still nak main gak. Cousin dia siap ajar cara nak rolling lagi..sabar jelah...

Raya Pertama plak visiting hubby's relatives. Makan banyak sangat kuih. Oh before that my MIL for raya dish prepared nasi kapit@nasi himpit. Sendiri tau. I learnt from hubby the nasi kapit was cooked and dicompressed kan with bata overnight to creat the compact thingy. Sangat traditional. Me FIL tak suka makan yang segera so kenala buat yang tak segera. The other dish was laksa Terengganu. Kuah putih. Makan ngan tangan digaulkan together with sambal, garam and belacan. Sedap.

Second raya pegi beraya to hubby's friends plak. And receiving hubby's friend kat umah. Second day raya my SIL cooked nasi tomato.

Third day raya my favourite was going to Ajil to one of hubby's relatives. Kat sana got to eat pulut kuning and makan rambutan and duku freshly plucked from the garden. The rambutan was sweet and tlekang. Not juicy. I like....and later went to open house which we were served nasi minyak and sate yang sangat sedap.Tapi tak puas makan coz kawan hubby datang umah.

Saturday balik umah..took us nearly 8 hours to reach KL. Reason being....hubby had to que for like nearly 1 hour to get the 'fish sausages' and later daughter vomitted in the car which we were forced to make another stop to clean up the mess. Hemmmm..tiring but happy.

Malam setelah penat membasuh up to 3 basket of dirty clothes, decided to eat out. Went to our fav shopping mall GE and had dinner at Thai restaurant which will be updated in the next entry.

So itulah detail raya. Fama balik kedah..best gak if dapat balik kedah next year. Can make a stop kat Padang Besar kan hubby..next year kita balik Kedah plaklah...hehehe...apa-apa pun yang penting raya meriah dan gembira no matter where...
